She's a drag act with a loud voice and LOTS of wigs. Highly derivative and reductive of everything that's been around in the pop industry the last 30 years. Common-place pseudo-liberal messages with just enough shock value appropriated for commercial purposes. That makes her a perfect marketable package for worldwide distribution because she caters exactly to the uncomplicated average taste of the smartphone-yielding world consumer.

The true colours of earthlings

Most people date/marry their own (cultural/ethnic/religious) kind anyway, could be because it's their comfort zone, because of cultural affinity or just a lack of contact with other kinds of people in their life. I can understand there must be various reasons why they do what they do, but I appreciate earthlings of all colours and shapes, for friendship, or romantically, or whatever. I surely see the colour (and no one on this planet is actually colourless!), but I also see what's beneath it and that's by far more important for me.

Anti-depressants or no anti-depressants?

Physical pain is a sign that something is wrong with your body. Emotional pain is a sign that something is wrong with your life. The purpose is to draw your attention to the source so that you can fix it. Anti-depressants and the ilk deprive you of that opportunity.
